This competition gives citizens and creative minds across the world an opportunity to contribute a memorable and impactful phrase that captures ICCR’s vision of cultural harmony, global friendship, and dialogue through art and heritage.
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), in collaboration with MyGov, invites participants to propose a short, original, and resonant 3–4 word tagline that represents ICCR’s journey in global cultural exchange and its commitment to promoting India’s cultural richness internationally.

The winning tagline will be officially adopted across ICCR’s communication platforms, publications, cultural programmes, and international events. This is a unique chance for participants to leave a lasting imprint on India’s cultural diplomacy by contributing a phrase that will echo across borders and represent India’s creative spirit on the world stage.
Terms and Conditions
- This contest is open to participants from India and abroad.
- Tagline must be written in English.
- Only one submission per participant will be accepted.
- The tagline should reflect ICCR’s vision of cultural diplomacy, global harmony, and
India’s civilizational heritage.
- All entries must be submitted through the MyGov portal only. Submissions through
any other medium will not be considered.
- The organisers are not responsible for incomplete, late, corrupted, or technical error–
affected submissions.
- AI-generated taglines are not permitted.
- Participants grant exclusive, royalty-free rights to ICCR/MyGov to use, adapt,
publish, and distribute the submitted taglines globally in any media.
- ICCR reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw the competition without prior
notice.
- Submissions must be free of objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Entries violating guidelines at any stage will be disqualified without explanation.
- ICCR retains the right to promote, publish, or utilise the winning tagline or
shortlisted entries for any official purpose.
- Participants must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
- The tagline must be entirely original and must not infringe copyright under the
Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Participants are solely responsible for copyright
violations.
- ICCR may amend Terms & Conditions, evaluation criteria, or timelines, and updates
will be posted on MyGov.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
